Know him my whole life really sad RIP to a true legend of the forest !!!!

Sunday nights were our favourite time of the week and it certainly won't be the same without Rob. He loved regaling us with stories of some of the things he would get up to when he was younger and some of his sayings would have us in stitches, sayings that we will still carry on. The image of him falling over the bonnet of Vern's car when she came to pick us up after a Sunday night playing cards and drinking still makes us smile. We called him our 'non-blood grandad' because he truly cared about us and he treated us like his own. Rob was such a big character around the table on a Sunday night. It'll be odd to see his seat empty but we will keep it for him nonetheless. To Robert Jack, the best card player between the Severn and the Wye! Wayne and Hayley Baldwin

You played a large part in our lives Rob and will never be forgotten. We shall continue to speak of you often mostly with laughter and a few sprinklings of tears. You have left us so many wonderful memories. Now reunited with my beloved husband and you brother "Our Bry" God Bless Always
